The Sheraton Grand Seattle has provided the following discounted group rate(s) $249.00 (plus *resort fees and taxes) for registrants attending the ASE 2025 Annual Meeting. The discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of Tuesday, April 15, 2025 or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first. After Thursday, April 15, 2025, guest rooms and discounted group rates may not be available.
*In addition to the daily group room rate, please be advised that a Tourism Assessment Fee will be charged.
A $25 per night fee for each additional person under the reservation will also be charged.

There are companies (Convention Housing Services, Global Housing, Global Travel, etc.) who claim to be the official housing bureau and ask to “assist” you with hotel reservations. They may disguise themselves as part of the ASE 2025 Annual Meeting or Surgical Education Week or may claim to represent the Sheraton Grand Seattle and note they can get better rates, the room block is filled, or use other sales pitch methods. They are NOT the official housing bureau and are NOT affiliated with the ASE 2025 Annual Meeting or Surgical Education in any way. Hotel Sustainability Options
Below are a few reminders to help you go green during ASE 2025:
- Sheraton Sleeping Rooms
- Daily housekeeping is available, however options are given at check in to opt out or change the frequency of cleaning.
- Signs are provided in each hotel room that notify guests to hang their towel for it to be reused or place it on the floor to be replaced. The hotel uses environmentally friendly cleaning and washing chemistry.
- All guest rooms and corridors use LED lighting, and 50% of the hotels overall lighting is converted to LED.
- Meeting Space:
- Bring your reusable water bottle, refill water stations will be available throughout the meeting space.
- Water stations will also be equipped with compostable cups.
- Lanyards and plastic badge holders can be recycled at the ASE registration desk. A box will be available to drop them in.
- The hotel strives to sort all waste. Between their recycling and composting programs, they divert at least 70% out of their solid waste stream.
