In addition, the ASE’s Surgical Education Research Fellowship is a one-year fellowship program designed to equip investigators with the skills and knowledge needed to plan, implement, and report research studies in the field of surgical education. SERF also creates opportunities for collaboration in research and education, and fosters interests that lead to advances in scholarship and leadership.
